Club Membership Application

Existing Club Members

If you are an existing club Member, please sign in before renewing your membership as there may be different membership rates/types for new vs. renewing members. If you forgot your username or password, click here.

Please complete the application below to start the application process.  Please be sure to fix any errors that show when you go to submit the application (lower side of the screen).  If you do not get confirmation that your application was submitted successfully, you have an error you must fix. 

Common errors are:

  • Username field not filled in (Best to use your email address for your username)
  • Password field not filled in or not following password rules
  • Missing valid email address
  • Missing valid AMA number

Once you submit the application, the next step will be to complete your payment via one of the club officers or mail to the club mailbox.  After your payment is received, your application will be processed to member status which will allow you access to the restricted areas of the website.

Club Membership Period

PayPal is now available if you would like to pay now to process your application.  Just click on the PayPal icon once you select your membership type and you will be directed to PayPal to pay your fees. 

If you have any problems getting the PayPal module to load, you can manually go to PayPal and SEND MONEY for your application fees to MANATEERC.COM and it will route to our treasurer to be processed.  Thank you!

Fixed Date Membership Period

Fixed date memberships expire at the end of the membership period regardless of when you apply.

Since we are a small club, the board has approved that the PayPal fee should be added to the membership, if that payment is selected, so that the full amount of the membership can be used for the benefit of the club.
